DDE ULTRA manufactures ultra-high purity gas and chemical delivery equipment for semiconductor and solar applications. What we do
Gas distribution systems
We manufacture bulk and specialty gas delivery systems including valve manifold boxes, gas panels, header assemblies, and tool hook up hardware. Systems are designed for compatibility with corrosive, toxic, and high purity gases, with material selection and surface finish aligned to process criticality.
Chemical distribution systems
Our chemical systems include Bulk chemical transfer units, point-of-use delivery panels, and double-containment systems for acids, solvents, and specialty chemicals. Designs prioritize leak integrity, controlled flow dynamics, and safe handling of aggressive chemistries.
Custom engineered assemblies
Where standard solutions fall short, we engineer and fabricate custom assemblies tailored to specific tool requirements, footprint constraints, and operational philosophies.
Why DDE ULTRA equipment?
All equipment is fabricated using controlled processes and qualified tooling. Orbital welding, precision bending, and clean assembly practices are standard.
Assemblies undergo pressure testing, helium leak testing, purge validation, and functional verification prior to dispatch. Each system is delivered with complete documentation including drawings, test records, material traceability, and validation checklists.
